The gated villa consists of the Main Casita and Guest Casita- offering over 7,500 sq. ft. of air-conditioned and covered lanai space. Fitness facilities

There are two workout facilities available for your use - Club 96 and the Spa at Villas Del Mar. As a guest in the residence, you have access to the Villas del Mar private beach club - Club 96. Club 96 provides a large workout facility, lap pool, large infinity pool, and a kid's pool.

Palmillia Tennis Club

The Palmilla Tennis Club offers all Palmilla residents and guests five state of the art courts comprised of two Har-Tru clay courts, and three plexicusion/ plexipave courts which are easy on the legs and offer a truer playing surface. The courts are designed around an exhibition court and include grandstand seating.

Club 96

Considered one of Mexico's finest private 'members only' beach clubs, Club 96 is for the exclusive use of homeowners and guests.
